ShowRoster is an AV job board for the people who mix, rig, light and run live events. We started it because live events run on new technology and hire on old habits.
The shows have changed. The hiring has not. Openings live on a dozen company career pages, in Facebook groups and text chains, and the day-call and per-diem work that a lot of the industry actually runs on never reaches a normal job board at all.
Nobody had built one place to post a call, answer it, and find the contract work that matches your certifications. So we built it.
