Warehouse Coordinator

The flow of equipment through our warehouse is critical to serving customers and supporting successful productions. You'll help maintain visibility across shipments, deliveries, returns, and transportation logistics while ensuring documentation is accurate and equipment moves efficiently throughout the process.

What You'll Do

Keep Shipments Moving

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments using approved carriers and company vehicles.

• Track shipments, communicate status updates, and assist with tracing domestic and international deliveries when needed.

• Prepare bills of lading, transportation documentation, purchase orders, labels, and related records.

Maintain Shipping Accuracy and Documentation

• Review shipping documentation to ensure shipments are properly recorded and authorized.

• Match, file, and retrieve shipment and order records to support daily operations and issue resolution.

• Document incoming and outgoing freight activity and maintain organized records.

Support Warehouse Operations

• Monitor incoming freight against purchase orders and packing lists to verify completeness and identify discrepancies.

• Coordinate pickup and delivery requests for non-contract equipment and materials.

• Assist with shipment preparation, returns, cross-rental coordination, and general warehouse support activities.

Coordinate Transportation and Deliveries

• Plan delivery routes to support efficient and timely transportation of equipment.

• Deliver equipment to designated locations while maintaining required transportation records and documentation.

• Coordinate equipment shipments between project locations and company facilities using approved transportation methods.

Maintain Vehicle and Transportation Records

• Complete operating logs, inspection documentation, fueling records, and expense reporting as required.

• Monitor transportation documentation and report maintenance or operational discrepancies for resolution.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two years of experience in a warehouse environment.

• Valid Class A driver's license.

• Current DOT Physical Examination (Medical Card).

• Clean commercial driving record with 2-3 years of driving experience.

• Strong communication, organization, time management, and documentation skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
